*2001 Graduation from Canterbury Middle School, St. Petersburg, Fl. (Private College Prep. School)

*2003 High school diploma, Gibbs High School, St. Petersburg, Fl. (Pinellas County Center for the Arts) with emphasis in Visual Arts Studies

*2007 Bachelor of Fine Art (BFA) degree in Painting, San Francisco Art Institute, San Francisco, Ca.

 

Areas of Expertise:

*Studied painting for over 7 years, as well as the arts of drawing, (a life long endeavor) and collage.

*Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and knowledgeable in Design (studied at college level).      Expertise in Microsoft Paint, (also a life long endeavor.)

* Experience in Gallery environment, Including Gallery Studies program at the San Francisco Art Institute. Class included hanging works in Diego Rivera Gallery, building frames, curating, negotiating prices with real buyers, and the general upkeep of gallery.

 

Awards / Shows

*1995 Junior Designer Award for drawing submitted to juried young artist exhibition, for REduce, REuse, and REcycle campaign.

*2000 Accepted into prestigious P.C.C.A. (Pinellas County Center for the Arts) as a painting/drawing major.

 

*2001 Painting accepted for juried Superhero Art Show at Big Space Gallery, New Orleans, LA.

*2003 Senior Art Show at Pinellas County Center for the Arts.

*2004 Given Scholarship opportunity at several U.S. Art Schools including School of the Art Institute, Chicago; Museum School, Boston; and San Francisco Art Institute, San Francisco.

*2004 Accepted into San Francisco Art Institute with Merit Scholarship and Portfolio Scholarship.

*2007 Graduating Art Show in Diego Rivera Gallery, San Francisco Art Institute.

*2007 Commencement Award for Achievement, Along with BFA Degree in Fine Art, Painting, from San Francisco Art Institute.

*2007 Solo Exhibition at Brown Bear Gallery, San Francisco, Ca
